Pull up a chair, pour something cold. This is where the recipes, the stories and the salt live.
The Salty Journal is the part of the club where we stop being mysterious and start being useful. Part recipe drawer, part diary, part very long love letter to the Mediterranean and the little tins that run it.
What you'll find here
- Recipes. Fast, unserious, devastatingly good ways to eat a tin. Toast at midnight, skewers before a party, and the crispy rice thing everyone asks about.
- Stories. The harbours, the canneries and the people who've been doing this for generations — the provenance behind every tin we choose.
- Field notes. What we're learning as we build this thing: tastings, travels, happy mistakes, and the occasional strong opinion about olive oil.
We taste everything before it ever reaches you, and we'll be just as honest here. Expect sun, salt, a little nonsense, and genuinely good things to make.
So have a scroll. Try a recipe. And when you do — tell us how it went in the comments. We read every single one.
Bisous from the rooftop,
